SVP Program Management Office PMO Lean Six Sigma at Argus Information and Advisory Services

Adam Terr has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Adam worked at Argus Information and Advisory Services as the SVP Program Management Office (PMO) & Lean Six Sigma, where they implemented an agile project methodology and built credibility with clients. Adam also worked as a Project/Client Relationship Manager at the same company, driving the completion of a troubled data warehouse initiative.

Before their time at Argus, Adam worked at GE Capital as the Manager for Risk Reporting Analysis & Simplification. In this role, they were responsible for designing and delivering reports, dashboards, and analytical datasets to support risk and regulatory reporting obligations. Adam also championed the simplification efforts to automate and streamline reporting processes.

Prior to GE Capital, Adam was a Service Delivery Director at FICO, where they served as a single point of contact for project/program reporting and proposed prioritization of projects for the Americas Region. Adam also contributed to the development of a fraud mobility application.

Adam also held a position at Vertrue as a Director & Black Belt Process Optimization, where they drove process and project leadership and established best practices across the organization.

At GE Money, Adam served as a Risk PMO/Infrastructure & Data Management liaison, ensuring accurate translation of business requirements into design documents. Adam also worked in fraud strategic initiatives and strategies, as well as in CRM program management and eBusiness.

Adam began their career at American Express, where they implemented authorization and fraud prevention strategies as a Director & Sr. Manager. Adam also worked as a Manager and Sr. Analyst in the same company.

Adam Terr has a strong educational background with a focus on mathematics, statistics, and computer science. Adam obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University at Albany, SUNY, from 1980 to 1984. Following this, they pursued further education in Statistics at Baruch College, earning a Master of Science degree from 1985 to 1988.

Additionally, Adam Terr has a certification in Six Sigma Black Belt, which was obtained in February 2000 from GE.
