Joseph Duggan

Joseph Duggan is currently an Equity Partner and Chief Public and International Affairs Officer at Argus Reservoir Monitoring, LLC. Prior to this role, Joseph was an Angel Investor at Geneoscopy and other medical startups. Joseph also served as a Senior Advisor at the United States Senate, a Executive Speechwriter at Saudi Aramco, and held various communication and policy roles in different government agencies and the White House. Additionally, Joseph has a Master's Degree in International Politics and a BA in Classics.
