Derya Hayes

Derya Hayes is an experienced professional in sourcing and vendor compliance management, currently serving as a Sourcing Vendor Compliance Manager at Arhaus since May 2019. Prior to this role, Derya held positions at Signet Jewelers as an Assistant Buyer and Merchandise Coordinator for Jared Bridal from May 2014 to May 2019. Derya also participated in the Nike "Together" commercial as an extra in October 2014 and gained experience in recruitment at Insight Global and in modeling agency operations at MTM Modeling Agency. Additional acting experience includes a role in the "Shameless" series and work on the film "Contagion." Derya holds a degree in Art Entertainment Media Management with a focus on Music Business from Columbia College Chicago, along with coursework in Communications and Marketing at The Ohio State University and experience at Copley High School.
