Jason MacKarness

Jason Mackarness currently serves as the VP of IT Infrastructure at Arhaus, starting in June 2025. Prior to this role, Jason held several key positions at EXPRESS from October 2022 to June 2025, including Director of Technical Services and Solutions Architect for IT operations and identity, where responsibilities included managing the IAM environment with a focus on automation and governance. Jason’s career includes a role as System Administrator and Operations Leader at Lifestyle Communities, emphasizing end-to-end IAM implementation and automation, as well as experience in a similar capacity at Intel Corporation. Jason began the career at Starbucks as a Team Manager from June 2016 to October 2018.
