Lance N. Reyes

Lance N. Reyes currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing at Arhaus since September 2023. Previously, from March 2006 to March 2023, Lance held the position of Senior Vice President and COO at Lily Jack, where responsibilities included executing strategic and financial business plans and overseeing global operations in accounting, logistics, manufacturing, and strategic sourcing across the United States, Mexico, and Asia. Prior to that, from October 2001 to February 2006, Lance worked at Hilton Hotels & Resorts as Director of Project Administration and Logistics in the Supply Management Division, managing a large team and overseeing substantial budgets and supplier networks. Early career experience includes serving as a Manager in the Business Consulting Practice at Arthur Andersen & Co., where Lance managed strategy and implementation of technology systems for various sectors. Lance N. Reyes holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Management Information Systems and Risk Management & Insurance from Florida State University.
