Courtney Baker

Courtney Baker is an Ecosystem Membership Coordinator at ARI (Applied Research Institute) since February 2023, responsible for managing member relationships, facilitating onboarding, tracking member activity, and coordinating events to enhance ecosystem engagement. Prior experience includes serving as a Data Analysis and Marketing Associate at Chick-fil-A-Franchise from September 2017 to January 2023, where responsibilities included analyzing processes to improve guest experience and speed of service using Six Sigma DMAIC methodology. Additionally, Courtney completed an internship as an Operations Intern at GEODIS in the summer of 2021, supporting operations managers and overseeing outbound dock operations. Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Indiana University Indianapolis, earned between 2019 and 2023.
