Isabelle Le Bouder, CRHA, RCC, is currently serving as the Head of HR & Training for North America at Aer Rianta International. Previously, Isabelle held the position of Director, HR Business Partner at The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings Ltd. from October 2018 to March 2020. Prior to that, Isabelle worked as an HR Business Partner at Laura Canada from October 2002 to October 2018. Isabelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations from Université Laval and is a Registered Corporate Coach from the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
