George Fazio

George Fazio serves as President & CEO of Corvia Medical, Inc. since February 2010 and holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at Xeltis since April 2020. Fazio is also a member of the Board of Directors for Conformal Medical, Inc. and Aria CV, Inc., positions held since September 2020 and March 2021, respectively. Previously, Fazio was a member of the Board of Directors at BioVentrix from May 2012 to March 2023. Fazio's extensive experience at St. Jude Medical includes roles as President for the US Division, Cardiovascular Division, EMEA, and Healthcare Services, as well as General Manager in Canada. Fazio earned an MBA in Finance from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University at Albany.
