Walter Pancewicz

Walter Pancewicz is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in the field. Serving as Principal and Managing Partner at Aria Group Architects, Inc. since February 1989, Walter holds the title of CFO, overseeing financial operations alongside architectural projects. Prior to this role, Walter worked as a Project Manager at Bernheim and Kahn from March 1983 to February 1988, where responsibilities included managing a team to produce construction drawings. Walter earned a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology, completing the program between 1977 and 1982.
