Jared Olkkola

Jared Olkkola is currently the VP of Sales Engineering at Aria Systems. Jared was previously with SunGard Financial Systems, which is now part of FIS. Jared was with SunGard from October 2008 to September 2013, initially as an Implementation Manager and then moving to a Presales Solutions Consultant role at the request of the SVP of Sales. As a Presales Engineer, they were the subject matter expert for Enterprise SaaS systems for financial institutions subject to SEC, FINRA, FAS, and MAS regulations. Jared was responsible for determining customer needs and customizing product demos to highlight ROI to the business. As an Implementation Manager, they interfaced with project teams to provide the expertise needed for system configuration, integration of data feeds, and training.

During their time with SunGard Financial Systems, Jared achieved 100% of their annual quota and was named to the Presidents Club two out of three years. Jared interacted with C-suite and Compliance teams during the sales process and managed product demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, and acted as an SME for six sales reps globally. Jared maintained knowledge of industry trends to assist the Sales team as both a product and industry expert. Jared also advised the product management team of client and regulatory product enhancements. In addition, they led the implementation of the product for global Fortune 1000 clients and was the implementation lead for the international (Asia Pac, EMEA) product launch. Jared managed up to 15 customer implementations annually, driving revenue recognition of $500,000+.

Jared Olkkola studied at Keene State College and Southern New Hampshire University.
