François PUJO

François PUJO has held several positions in the past few years. In 2022, they began working as a Project Manager for Arianee. In 2021, they became a Sales Team Leader & Product Team member for Happy House, a startup that targets owners and hosts of high-end places. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting, managing, and coaching a team of 5 sales reps, creating the sales strategy from scratch, and capitalizing on exchanges with prospects and customers to discover, define, and prioritize expected product improvements and features. François also used SCRUM methodology to follow the right implementation of new features and improvements. From 2018 to 2021, François worked as a Change Management Consultant for Nos Futurs, where they guided executive teams in the creation and design of their vision and transformation roadmap, carried out cultural, organizational, and managerial diagnostics, and designed and deployed change projects, identifying the levers for trust, engagement, and adoption. In 2017, they completed an End of Study Internship as an Operations & Finance Coordinator for Eurovet Americas, Inc., where they were involved in operations and logistics matters of two B2B international trade show events, as well as strategic and cost-effective project management for events and business operations.

François PUJO obtained their Law Degree from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole between 2011 and 2014. In 2015, they obtained a Diploma of Higher College of Law from the same institution. François then pursued a Master 2 (M2) in Entrepreneurship and Growth Strategies (PGE) at TBS Education from 2015 to 2017. In 2019, they completed a Design Thinking & Innovation certification from ESSEC Business School.
