Thierry is currently working as the Head of Engagement at Arianee, where they aim to empower brands and owners through NFTs while giving power back to consumers. Prior to this, they served as an Advisor in Marketing & DeFi and the Chief Marketing Officer at Artrade.app, a web3 and mobile application for NFTs. Before entering the NFT space, Thierry worked as the Executive Committee Director - DCX Marketing & Creatives at Mood Media, where they were responsible for strategic planning and day-to-day operations. Thierry also held positions at RadiumOne, HEADZ Entertainment, Ubisoft, Universal Music Group, and F Communications/PIAS, where they played key roles in marketing, advertising, and content development. Thierry PAYET completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Digital Media, specializing in Management of Media and Digital Technologies, at Sciences Po from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2006, they attended ESP Ecole Supérieure de Publicité, Communication et Marketing, where they obtained a Master's degree (M2) in Management with a focus on project and company management in the field of communication. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from the same institution. Earlier, from 2000 to 2002, Thierry studied at Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, where they completed a DEUG Arts degree with a specialization in Cultural Mediation and Communication.
Alongside their formal education, Thierry has obtained several additional certifications. In October 2022, they completed a certification in Digital Marketing from Google. In September 2022, they completed a certification in Metaverse and NFTs for Marketing from LinkedIn. Additionally, in May 2020, they obtained certifications in "Managing High Potentials" and "Machine Learning: Learning Algorithms," both from LinkedIn.
