Elsa Delmas

Elsa Delmas is a seasoned professional in the field of chemistry and production engineering, currently serving as the Head of Production Control & Production Engineering at ArianeGroup since May 2013. With a strong background in research and development, Elsa has led significant projects, including the industrialization of a new product on a 50-ton scale, and possesses expertise in supporting operational functions within a chemical production facility. Previous experience includes conducting research on energy materials, resulting in the filing of four patents, and completing a CIFRE thesis at Michelin focused on organometallic complexes for polymerization catalysis. Elsa's academic credentials include a PhD in Chemistry from École Polytechnique and various degrees in organic and bioorganic chemistry from prestigious institutions.
