Jerome Faure

Jerome FAURE is a seasoned expert in aerospace and composite engineering, currently serving as the Technical Leader for Advanced Composites Design at ArianeGroup since February 2023. Previously, from June 2021 to February 2023, FAURE held the role of Head of Studies & Material Tests at NAVAL GROUP, focusing on organizational restructuring and process improvement. With over a decade of experience at STELIA Aerospace, FAURE led R&T Composite Programme Engineering Industrialisation and managed significant projects involving the creation of production lines for the A220 aircraft. FAURE's extensive background includes key positions at various companies such as GECI International, Airbus Group, and Safran Nacelles, with a strong emphasis on composite materials and industrialization processes. Educational qualifications include specialized master's degrees from ISAE-SUPAERO and Arts et Métiers, along with professional coaching certification.
