The Assam Rural Infrastructure and Agricultural Services (ARIAS) Society is promoted by Government of Assam (GoA) and is mandated with  the responsibility  to monitor, manage and coordinate World Bank aided projects mainly in the domains of agriculture, agribusiness, rural infrastructure, citizen services etc. The Society has already successfully completed two World Bank aided projects  ie Assam Rural Infrastructure and Agricultural Services Project (ARIASP) from 1995 to 2004 and Assam Agricultural Competitiveness Project (AACP) from 2005 to 2015 (with additional financing). Both these projects have been rated satisfactory (one of the rare distinctions in World Bank Projects).

Presently, Assam Citizen Centric Service Delivery Project (ACCSDP) is on going and another project i.e. Assam Agribusiness & Rural Transformation Project (APART) is going to start implementation very soon (most likely in October, 2017)
