Prior roles include Senior Managing Director at AP Capital Holdings, where the focus was on acquiring and converting businesses into minority-owned enterprises, and Managing Director at Trivergance, an independent investment firm. Eric also founded 12321 Advisory, providing consultancy for private equity firms and media companies, and held positions at Halyard Capital and JPMorgan, where key responsibilities involved managing investments and executing corporate finance assignments. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Penn State University.
