Patrick is a recognized industry leader with deep experience in corporate reputation, business transformation, employee engagement, brand, and crisis and issues management.

In her role, Patrick oversees and integrates all aspects of Ariel’s communications, including media relations, public and community affairs, internal communications, corporate and executive leadership communications, branding, and content marketing.

Prior to joining the firm, Patrick was Executive Vice President & Transaction Director in the Financial Communications & Capital Markets group at Edelman, the world's largest communications consulting firm. Patrick helped lead and grow Edelman's offering for mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, and other strategic matters for CEOs and Boards of Directors at public and private companies. Before Edelman, she served in several roles within the Financial Communications, Crisis Communications & Issues Management, and Corporate Reputation Management practices at global PR firm, Weber Shandwick, a subsidiary of Interpublic Group (NYSE: IPG).

In her spare time, Patrick is an investor and advisor to two early stage tech companies; sits on the National Advisory Board for Yellowstone National Park's foundation; the Board of Directors of The Harbor Sciences & Arts Charter School; the Steering Committee for the Young Fellows of The Frick Collection Museum; and the Alumnae Board for the Princeton Tigerlilies, the university’s oldest all-female acapella group. She is also a Founding Member of Chief, a private club for senior women executives.

Patrick graduated from Princeton University, where she received an AB in the Department of Classics with a concentration on Ancient Greek and Latin language, literature and history.
