Stefanie Granado

Stefanie Granado is an accomplished leader in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in oncology and market access. Currently, Stefanie serves as the Head of the US Oncology Business Unit at Takeda and has held various leadership roles within the company, including Head of Oncology for Europe and Canada and General Manager for Iberia (Spain & Portugal). Prior to joining Takeda, Stefanie was with Shire as VP and Cluster Head for Iberia and General Manager for Spain and Switzerland. Earlier experience includes positions at Novartis, where responsibilities encompassed market access and public affairs in Latin America, and consulting roles at The Boston Consulting Group. Stefanie's academic credentials include a PhD in Epidemiology from the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute and a Master's degree in Anthropology from the University of Basel, complemented by pre-clinical medical sciences education at Université de Fribourg.
