Sana T. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sana started their career at Arif Habib Limited in 2012 as a Research Trainee and later became a Research Analyst and Economist. Sana then worked as a Freelance Research Analyst for a short period before joining JS Bank as a Business Analyst. Sana also worked at Deloitte Yousuf Adil as an Assistant Manager. Sana further gained experience in the banking sector at NIB Bank and MCB Bank Limited in roles related to Treasury and Corporate Dealer Sales. Additionally, Sana has been actively involved in the education sector as a Visiting Faculty member at the Institute of Business Management, Iqra University, and Khadim Ali Shah Bukhari Institute of Technology. Currently, they hold the position of Deputy Head of Research and Vice President at Arif Habib Limited.

Sana T. started their education in the field of Islamic Economics and Finance by completing the "Islamic Banking and Takaful Short Course" at the Center for Islamic Economics in 2012. Sana then pursued further education, completing a Masters in Economics at Karachi University from 2007 to 2009. Sana later earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Islamic Banking and Finance from the Center for Islamic Economics, studying from 2013 to 2015.

Sana T. went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration in Finance at the Institute of Business Management, studying from 2008 to 2011. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science in Islamic Banking and Finance at the Institute of Business Administration, which they started in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2024.

In terms of additional certifications, Sana T. completed an Arabic Language Course (Basic) at Defence Central Authority in March 2014. Sana also obtained a certification in Islamic Banking and Takaful from the Center for Islamic Economics in May 2012. Additionally, they have incomplete certifications in ACI Dealing Workshop and FE Manual-Introduction from ACI UK-The Financial Markets Association and The Institute of Bankers Pakistan, respectively.
