Michael Schachner is the Head of Research at The Culture Factor Group, responsible for overseeing research related to national values and organizational cultures, as well as translating findings into practical tools. With extensive experience in operations management at itim International and the Hofstede Centre, Michael has coordinated global consultant networks and managed intellectual property and product development. Previous roles include Project Manager at FeedbackDialog, where Michael focused on employee satisfaction systems, and Sales Assistant at Marja Kurki Oy, concentrating on the German market. Michael's educational background includes a PhD in Organizational Culture from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, along with Master's degrees in International Business and Economic Studies and Economics from Universität Innsbruck. Additionally, Michael participated in an Erasmus program at Universidad de Granada.
