Amol Kshirsagar

Amol Kshirsagar started their work experience in 1999 as an Article Trainee at K S Aiyar. Amol then joined K S Aiyar & Co as an Article and was responsible for handling statutory audits and assisting in the development and implementation of accounting frameworks. In 2004, they joined Swastika Investmart Ltd as the Corporate Head of Finance & Planning, where they were in charge of financial planning, securing bank finance, accounting control, and general management. Amol also played a key role in expanding the company's service offerings and implementing new software. Currently, they are working at Arihant Capital Markets Ltd as the VP of Business Development, where they are responsible for various tasks in the Investment Banking Division, including business development, IPOs, valuations, M&A advisory, and fairness opinions.

Amol Kshirsagar completed their C.A. degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, specializing in finance, accounts, and valuation, between 1999 and 2004. Amol also pursued a Master of Business Finance (CA MBF course), but the exact start and end years for this degree are not provided.
