James Depace

James DePace is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, compliance management, and operations within the aerospace sector. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager at ARINC since March 2011, DePace oversees the inspection program for the Aircraft Modification and Operations Center, focusing on procedure tracking, safety, and operations compliance. Previous roles at ARINC include Training and Compliance Coordinator, where DePace developed a digital training system, and Lead Technician in avionics, where significant discrepancies were identified in modification projects. Prior to ARINC, DePace was the Operations Manager and Owner of Kinetic Impressions, LLC, and served in the United States Air Force as a Communication/Navigation Systems Technician and Shift Supervisor. DePace holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University.
