Phillip Young

Phillip Young is an experienced aviation technician with a career spanning over 18 years in aircraft maintenance and repair. Currently serving as a Sheetmetal Technical Adviser at ARINC since January 2010, Phillip advises Iraqi Army sheet metal mechanics on aircraft structural repairs and replacement of damaged components. Prior to this role, Phillip worked as an MI17/171 Technician, ensuring airworthiness through maintenance and repairs of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems. Phillip's experience also includes serving as a technician at L-3 Vertex, where responsibilities encompassed maintenance of various aircraft components, and as an Aviation Technician at DynCorp International, focusing on the repair and rebuilding of aircraft structures using specialized tools and equipment.
