Marie-Claire Gelbard

Marie-Claire Gelbard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Marie-Claire recently joined Arine as a Sr. Director of Client Success, where they focus on delivering medication management solutions that improve patient engagement and reduce the cost of care. Previously, Marie-Claire worked at Kaiser Permanente for several years, holding various strategy and change management positions. Marie-Claire played a key role in creating the initial consumer digital enterprise strategic plan and program for Kaiser Permanente, with a focus on areas such as Telehealth and personalized care. Before that, they worked as a Strategy Director at Embarcadero Partners, where they helped align business strategy and drive higher results for clients. Marie-Claire also has a background in healthcare, having worked at IBM as a Client Account Executive, Healthcare Solutions Leader, and Client Executive. In these roles, they managed relationships with key healthcare clients and led strategic initiatives. Prior to IBM, they worked as a Strategy & Change Consultant at PwC Consulting, focusing on people and organization. Marie-Claire's work experience demonstrates their expertise in strategy, innovation, healthcare, and client relationship management.

Marie-Claire Gelbard pursued their education with sincerity and dedication. Marie-Claire began their academic journey at Cornell University, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Labor and Industrial Relations. This educational endeavor spanned from 1992 to 1996.

Following their undergraduate studies, Gelbard continued to further enhance their knowledge and skills in the field by enrolling in The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Marie-Claire pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree specializing in Human Resources and Organizations, with a focus on Organizational Behavior. Gelbard's time at LSE lasted from 1996 to 1997.
