Heather Leblond

Heather Leblond is an experienced professional with a strong background in managing and directing teams to create and implement custom learning solutions for various organizations. Currently serving as an Account Director at Ardent since December 2014, Heather focuses on establishing client relationships and managing strategic accounts, specifically for Fortune 500 companies. Prior roles at Ardent Learning include Program Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing the creation and execution of learning solutions, and earlier positions at Paychex involved managing web marketing projects and enhancing user experiences. Heather holds a BA in Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts & Science from Finger Lakes Community College.
