Patrick Norris, CSM, PSM

Patrick Norris has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Patrick is currently working as the Manager of Software Engineering at ARI Network Services, Inc. since March 2018. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Consultant from July 2013 to February 2018, serving as a Project Manager and Consultant. From July 2000 to October 2016, Patrick worked at EdgeTech Consulting, Inc. in various roles including Project Manager, Consultant, and Business Operations Director. Before that, they worked at Isuzu North America as a Project Leader/Manager and Consultant from August 1998 to November 2000. Patrick also gained experience as a Project Leader/Manager at Calance from August 1998 to November 2000. Their earlier work experience includes roles such as Project Leader/Senior Consultant at Monsanto Company from January 1997 to July 1998, Senior Consultant at Kforce Inc from June 1993 to July 1998, and Project Leader/Senior Consultant at Anheuser-Busch from June 1993 to January 1997.

Patrick Norris, CSM, PSM has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Patrick then pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Agile Project Management from UC Irvine. Additionally, Patrick has certifications as a CSM - Certified ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance and PSM - Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org.
