Elise Fletcher

Elise Fletcher has worked in various roles since 2010. In 2015, they were an Intern at Mission Australia. From 2016 to 2019, they were an Administrative Events Assistant at EMG Events. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Functions Manager - Windy Hill Venue at Essendon Football Club, where they were responsible for managing functions, function marketing and sales, providing internal stakeholders with run sheets, event orders, floorplans and menus, meeting revenue and budget targets, and assisting staff with bump in, bump out, and event setups. Additionally, they were responsible for presenting function updates/information in weekly management meetings, promoting via social media and EDM emails, and assisting in other areas of the business. Currently, they are an Account Coordinator and Platform Specialist at Joyn (formerly Delegate Connect). Prior to this, they were a Brand Ambassador and Operations Coordinator at demoplus, where their duties included reception and general administration, planning runs for the team leaders store visits, ensuring HACCP is followed correctly in store and in office, ensuring compliance of all in store demonstration procedures, building and growing relationships with the demonstration team, working with the National Bookings Coordinator to ensure all tasks are completed, and staffing campaigns with the correct staffing profile.

Elise Fletcher has an educational background in events. Elise obtained their Diploma from Martin College in 2016 and a Certificate 3 from Central Institute of Technology in 2015. Elise also completed a course in Hospitality & Frontline Management with the National Skills Group in 2015.
