Helga Tryggvadóttir

Helga Tryggvadóttir began their work experience in 2000 at Baan Iceland as a Software Developer, where they worked until 2003. Helga then moved to Betware and held the positions of Software Developer from 2004 to 2005 and Senior Quality Assurance Specialist from 2005 to 2014. In 2014, they joined NOVOMATIC Lottery Solutions as a Project Manager until 2017, at which point they became the Head of Scrum Masters. In 2018, they became the Engineering Manager at NOVOMATIC Lottery Solutions. In 2019, they started working as a Tech Lead at Arion banki.

Helga Tryggvadóttir attended Reykjavik University from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they earned a Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification from Scrum.org in 2017, a Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Intermediate (Estimated) certification from Duolingo in February 2016, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification in Agile development from the Scrum Alliance in 2013.
