Pall Ammendrup Olafsson

Pall Ammendrup Olafsson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Pall Ammendrup is currently working at Arion banki as the Head of Strategy & Development, where they handle strategic initiatives, business planning, portfolio management, and mergers and acquisitions. Pall Ammendrup is also a board member of several companies. Before this, Pall worked at Reykjavik University as a Lecturer. Pall Ammendrup also served as the Director of Strategy & Operations at LYKILL fjármögnunarfyrirtæki and as the Head of Business Development at Tryggingamiðstöðin, where they played a crucial role in product development, digital service implementation, and strategic planning. Prior to these roles, they worked at Kvika banki in Corporate Banking and Corporate Finance, providing consulting services in mergers and acquisitions, valuations, and real estate investments. Pall also gained experience in Treasury & Portfolio Management at Kaupthing Bank and worked in Back Office operations at the same bank.

Pall Ammendrup Olafsson completed their education in a chronological order. In 2006, they started studying at Reykjavik University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Pall Ammendrup remained enrolled in the university till 2009. Following this, in 2009, Pall attended Imperial College London, where they successfully completed a Master of Science degree in Finance in the year 2010.

Additionally, in June 2012, they obtained the Certified Securities Broker certification from the Icelandic Ministry of Economic Affairs.
