Brian Stith currently serves as Operations/Property Manager at Stith Properties since January 2024 and as Director of Operations at Arion Care since July 2022. Additionally, Brian has held the position of East Valley Supervisor at Arion Care Solutions LLC since June 2016, where responsibilities include recruiting, supervising, and training staff for in-home and community-based services. Previously, Brian was an Assistant Wrestling Coach at Grand Canyon University from September 2014 to April 2016, and at Arizona State University from July 2007 to March 2014. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management from Arizona State University and an MBA in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University.

Arion Care is contracted statewide to provide Attendant Care, Habilitation, Respite, ABA/ECH, Individually Designed Living Arrangements, Private Home Care (PHC), and Long-Term Care.
