Erica Boughfman

Erica Boughfman is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Erica served as the Vice President of Children's Services at Ozark Guidance and held the role of Vice President of Clinical Services - NW Region at Arisa Health since 2020. In addition, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Arkansas in 2017.

Erica Boughfman received their Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Arkansas in 2001. Erica then pursued a Master's of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from the same university, completing it in 2003. Lastly, Erica completed their doctoral degree, a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, from the University of Arkansas in 2010.
