Keisha Pearson is an experienced educator and administrator currently serving as the Dean of Development and Operations at ARISE High School Oakland since June 2023. In this role, Keisha manages all ARISE grants, develops relationships with potential funders, oversees stakeholder engagement, implements compliance measures, and leads Human Resources functions. Prior experience includes positions at Envision Education, where Keisha achieved a 60% increase in applications as Associate Director of Enrollment and Community Engagement, and at Envision Academy for Arts & Technology, where a 125% increase in applications was accomplished. Keisha's earlier roles also include managing operations at Larsen Construction and program management at Mack Road Partnership. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University - East Bay.
