Currently serving as Chairman and CEO of Tholons Inc., Avinash has spearheaded initiatives in digital strategy, cybersecurity, and intelligent automation for Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies. Additionally, Avinash holds the position of General Partner at Arise Ventures, a leading tech venture capital fund focused on pre-seed to Series-A investments across various sectors. As a Board Member of the MyStepUp Entrepreneurship and Innovation Foundation, Avinash promotes women's engagement and empowerment in entrepreneurship. Beyond these roles, Avinash has held significant positions at Accenture, neoIT Inc., Nortel Networks, and Alcatel-Lucent, contributing to advancements in services globalization and digital transformation. Academic credentials include degrees in computer science and engineering from the University of Alberta and the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, along with executive education from Harvard Business School.
