Angela Bowie

Angela Bowie is a seasoned public policy professional with extensive experience in advocating for legislative and regulatory strategies across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Public Policy at Arise, Angela leads a team focused on amplifying the voices of independent service providers and engages with policymakers, media, and investors. Previous roles include Public Policy Manager at Lyft, Senior Policy Advisor for the Philadelphia City Council, and Director of Government Affairs for the Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtors®. Angela's earlier positions involved significant advocacy work and policy analysis, including serving as Chief Executive Officer of The Bowie Group LLC and Policy Director at Public/Private Ventures. Angela holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Syracuse University and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Georgia State University.
