Joan Zhang is the Co-Founder and CEO of Arise, a company that connects individuals to virtual-first, person-centered support for disordered eating, eating disorders, and mental health. Prior to Arise, Joan held positions in product management, business development, strategy, and operations at companies such as Headspace Health, Click Therapeutics, Deloitte Consulting, Quartet Health, and LinkedIn. Joan also has experience as a UX Teaching Fellow at Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and as an fMRI Thesis Research Assistant at Harvard University's Affective Neuroscience and Development Lab. Joan holds a degree in Psychology with a minor in Computer Science from Harvard University.
