Gergely Terhes

Gergely Terhes currently serves as the Associate Director of Customer Success at ArisGlobal, where responsibilities include leading a team to provide exceptional service to enterprise clients, managing strategic customer relationships in the EU, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and improve product offerings. Previously, Gergely held positions at BT as a Project Leader and Delivery Manager, overseeing project delivery and client interactions, along with experience as a Service Request Manager and Customer Support Specialist in other organizations. Gergely holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Dunaújváros, expected to complete in December 2024.
