Chinmaya Jagtiani, also known as CJ, holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering and multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Marketing and an MS in International Marketing. With extensive experience in talent acquisition, CJ currently serves as a Senior Consultant for Talent Acquisition and Planning at The Coffee Room Consulting and as a Senior Lead in Talent Acquisition at Arista Networks since March and August 2020, respectively. Previous roles include Technical Recruiter positions at Meta and Amazon, along with a significant tenure at destinationoneTech as a Recruitment Partner and Technical Recruiter. Additional experience encompasses a collections officer role at TD and lead technical recruitment at Collabera Inc. Furthermore, CJ held leadership positions within AIESEC in Cambodia, Mauritius, and Tunisia, focusing on stakeholder management and partnership development.
