Niraj Varia

Niraj Varia is an experienced professional in HR transformation and innovation, currently serving as Global HR Operations & Innovation at Arista Networks since July 2021. Previously, Varia was the Managing Partner at Invate-HR, leading significant HR projects for major companies such as MUFG and Dentsu Aegis Network. Prior roles include Global HR Transformation and Workday Programme Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, where Varia was instrumental in a multi-year HR transformation program and the deployment of Workday HCM. Additionally, Varia held positions at Deloitte Consulting and PA Consulting Group, focusing on HR transformation and efficiency improvements across various sectors. Varia began the career at BP as a Project Leader and holds an MBA from Cass Business School and a B.Sc (Hons) in Computer Engineering from City University, London.
