Ravi Desai

Ravi Desai is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and product management. Currently serving as Engineering Leader at Arista Networks since August 2022, Ravi previously held positions including Director of Software Engineering at Pluribus Networks, VP of Engineering at A2O Mobile, and AVP of Services at GlobalLogic. With a solid foundation built at Movius Interactive Corp. and IP Unity, Ravi has successfully led and developed engineering teams, managed complex transitions, and overseen significant product development initiatives across various organizations. Ravi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
