Vadim Dyvlyash

Vadim Dyvlyash has worked in various roles since 2013. Vadim began their career as an Interpreter for the Ministry of Emergency Situations. In 2013, they moved to StroyInvestLeasing as a Sales Manager, where they were responsible for sales of financial services, equipment, transport, and more. In 2014, they joined Falcongaze as a Senior Sales Manager, where they were responsible for keeping the client base and sales of the "Secure Tower" (DLP system). In 2015, they joined Belitsoft | Offshore software development company as a Senior Business Development Manager. In 2019, they became the VP of Growth at Aristek Systems, specializing in complex eLearning systems development and IT consulting. In 2022, they moved to Everyone's Island, Inc. as Director of Project Development.

Vadim Dyvlyash obtained a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Rhetoric, Grammar, and Literature from Minsk State Linguistic University in 2014. Vadim then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Kingston University.
