Prior to this role, Brent held similar managerial positions at Pro-Weld and Avalon Returnable Packaging, where responsibilities included customer relations, design oversight, and collaboration with sales teams, primarily utilizing CAD software for clients such as Ford Motor Company and OEM Suppliers. Additionally, Brent began a career in design and testing at Gonzalez Design Group and Modern Engineering, focusing on automotive shipping solutions and vibration testing.
