Dr. Anamika Nigam

Dr. Anamika Nigam has a diverse work experience in engineering and project management roles. Dr. Anamika worked at Ocado Technology from 2019 to the present, starting as a Senior Reliability Engineer and later becoming an Engineering Team Lead. In these roles, they focused on strategic planning and improving the reliability of complex engineering systems for robotic warehouses. Prior to that, they worked at Ocado Engineering as a Reliability Engineer from 2017 to 2019. Before joining Ocado, they were an Engineer at HSSMI from 2016 to 2017. Dr. Anamika also worked as a Project Manager at IT Junction from 2014 to 2016.

Dr. Anamika Nigam obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Failure Mode Avoidance from the University of Warwick (2012-2018). Prior to that, they pursued their Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Industrial Engineering and Management at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (2010-2012).
