Laura Guimond

Laura Guimond, CFA, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Aristocrat, where responsibilities include leading strategic analysis, M&A transactions, and financial modeling to pursue new growth opportunities. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Corporate FP&A at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where financial analysis for over 30 business units was conducted, and Director of Corporate Development at Symantec, focusing on M&A transactions in the cybersecurity sector. Laura also held positions as Director of Technology Investment Banking at Cowen and Company and Vice President of Technology Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers, concentrating on financing and M&A transactions in networking communications and storage sectors. Laura holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BS from The Wharton School.
