Rick Jungbluth

Rick Jungbluth has a diverse and extensive work experience. Rick currently holds the position of VP, People & Culture Global Operations at Aristocrat since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Rakuten as the Senior Director of HR Shared Services & Operations from July 2021 to July 2022, where they conducted a transformation analysis and strategy initiative. Before that, they had a long tenure at AIG, where they held multiple roles including Director of HR Shared Services - Americas from July 2016 to July 2021, and HR Service Delivery Lead - Americas from July 2014 to July 2016. Their previous experience includes roles at AonHewitt as Learning (BPO) Operations Leader and Service Delivery Executive, Indiana University as HRIS Implementation Project Manager, KPMG as Manager, Sabre Corporation as Program/Project Manager, and US Environmental Protection Agency as Program Manager. Throughout their career, Rick has demonstrated expertise in HR operations, shared services, service delivery, transformation initiatives, and project management.

Rick Jungbluth graduated from the University of Dayton in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. In 1996, they obtained their Master of Business Administration in Business & Project Management from the University of the District of Columbia.
