Sounav Maikap

Sounav Maikap is a seasoned technology professional with over 20 years of experience in software development and management. Currently serving as Senior Global Manager of Software Development at Aristocrat since February 2010, Sounav leads a global team of software engineers across the US, Sydney, and India, overseeing 18 mission-sensitive internal products with a focus on innovative technologies. Previous roles at Aristocrat include Senior Software Architect and Project Manager, during which Sounav managed core components for slot games and contributed to a unified base for electronic gaming software. Prior experience includes Project Manager positions at PureTesting and a Lead Software Quality Engineer role at Adobe Systems, where Sounav developed automation tools and worked on various Adobe Creative Suite products. Sounav holds a Master’s Degree and a BS in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
