Andrea Monti Guarnieri

Andrea Monti Guarnieri is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across the energy and business sectors. Currently serving as President & CEO of Ariston USA since October 2010, Andrea also holds positions as a board member and President & CEO of NTI Boilers Inc., along with regional management and business development duties. Prior to Ariston Group, Andrea led the Photovoltaic business at ErgyCapital S.p.A. and worked as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company. Early career experience includes the role of plant manager assistant at Medys. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi and a Master in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
