Marco Belardinelli

Marco Belardinelli is the Controlling Director for the Middle East, Africa, and Russia Region at Ariston Group, a position held since February 2016. In this role, Marco oversees revenue, cost, and margin dynamics while providing critical financial insights to facilitate resource allocation and decision-making at the executive level. Marco's expertise includes driving financial updates, orchestrating comprehensive annual budgeting processes, developing cost control instruments, and participating in the rollout of new finance models and SAP implementation. Previous roles include Senior Manager for China and ASEAN Pacific Region Control at Ariston Group, and positions in financial reporting and accounting at Ariston Thermo Group and Bayer. Marco holds a Master's in International Management from ISTAO and a degree in International Management with a focus on international economics and management accounting from Università Politecnica delle Marche.
