Thomas Fuccillo

Thomas Fuccillo serves as the Managing Director and Chief Legal Officer at Aristotle Investment Services, LLC, overseeing legal and compliance functions for the Aristotle Funds Complex since January 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas was a Senior Attorney at Ropes & Gray LLP, specializing in the legal needs of registered investment companies and related entities. With extensive experience from a long tenure at Allianz Global Investors, where roles included Managing Director and Chief Regulatory Counsel, Thomas has significantly contributed to fund operations and compliance. Earlier career positions at Neuberger Berman focused on legal matters for investment funds, providing guidance on regulatory issues and supporting major transactions. Thomas holds a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Rochester, complemented by executive education at Harvard Business School.
