Rossana di Lieto

Rossana Di Lieto is an experienced legal and compliance professional currently serving as Senior Managing Director and Deputy Chief Legal Officer at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan since March 2014, having also held titles such as Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel. Prior to this, Rossana held the position of Vice President, Registration & Complaints at the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada from November 2008 to March 2014 and served as Associate General Counsel at the Ontario Securities Commission from December 1997 to November 2008. Rossana's educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Osgoode Hall Law School, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
