Navin Dhanuka

Navin Dhanuka is an experienced professional in the finance and real estate sectors, currently serving as Founder & CEO of Altern Capital since June 2023 and Director at ArisUnitern RE Solutions. With a strong background in leadership roles including MD and CEO at ArisUnitern RE Solutions and Senior Principal at Piramal Fund Management from October 2013 to August 2020, Navin has also held senior positions at Walton Street India Real Estate Advisors, including Snr. Vice President and Vice President, Acquisitions. Prior to this, Navin worked as a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young, where involvement in Transaction Advisory Services included being a founding member of the Real Estate Hospitality and Construction Strategic Business Unit. Navin holds an MBA in Finance from ICFAI Business School, completed in 2003.
